Technical Analyst IV—Write online web services software documentation for J2EE applications deployed on HP's worldwide UNIX servers. Introduced several installation guide (IG) template changes. Cross-check documentation steps with system test and production support staff to verify accuracy of steps and continuity between disparate software components and their respective IGs. Led effort to revise IG process with team members. Created several WinBatch macro scripts to automate IG creation process. Wrote and maintain GetURL, a Windows utility used throughout each day by most departmental staffers. Reinstalled all J2EE-based software on system test departmental UNIX servers during campaign to match environments between domains.
